Create Vacation Sets comprised of one or more vacation days, such as an office shutdown period or bank holiday set. Vacation sets can be assigned to business hour sets, so that vacation days are not included in your business hours.
In the Admin Interface, go to Workforce Management > Business Hours > Vacation Sets.
To create a Vacation Set, click the + New button.
Enter a name for the Vacation Set and select a timezone.
To add days to your Vacation Set, under Add Vacation enter a name for the vacation day and select a vacation type (Specific Date or Recurring Vacation).
Determine a date or recurring pattern for the vacation day.
Click Add Vacation Day to add the day to the set. Repeat steps 1-5 to add additional vacation days to the set.
Click Save to create the Vacation Set.
You can now add the Vacation Set to a Business Hours Set.
