There is an option to enable the Stay logged in when browser is closed, which allows Agents the choice to remain logged in on a device when their browser is closed. Agents having this option enabled must actively log out of their account to be logged out.

Under this option, there is a Require Agent revalidate their credentials after option where Agents will be required to enter their credentials to log in after a set amount of days. This enhances the security of your account.

There is a separate checkbox beside Display retuning Agent's email address option, where if the returning Agent disables the Stay logged in when browser closed option, the Email address will be displayed instead when they do not deliberately log out.
