Problems and Incidents Permissions

Problems and Incidents Permissions can be assigned in Features > Problems and Incidents.

Permissions can either be assigned at Agent Level or to Permission Groups.

There are four levels of Permissions for Problems and Incidents:

View Permissions - Allows an Agent to view Problems and Incidents.
Create Permissions - Allows an Agent to create Problems and Incidents.
Close Permissions - Allows an Agent to close Problems and Incidents.
Reopen Permissions - Allows an Agent to reopen Problems and Incidents.
