Setting up Payment for WhatsApp

in Connecting your WhatsApp Account to Deskpro

In order to use WhatsApp in Deskpro you must provide a payment method via the WhatsApp Manager.

To set up a payment method, please visit Billing & Payments in WhatsApp Manager. From there, please click “Add payment method” and follow the instructions.

Note

You are eligible for 1000 free user-initiated conversations per month, and will only be charged if you exceed this limit or if you start a business-initiated conversation.

Please note that Deskpro does not impose charges for WhatsApp usage; any billing will be handled directly by WhatsApp.
