You can upload a PDF, such as a user guide or product manual, to be used as a content source for an AI Data Source. The PDF will be indexed and used for features such as AI Draft Reply, AI Search and AI Chatbot.

At least one AI Data Source must exist. You can learn how to set one up here.

In Admin, go to AI > AI Data Sources > PDF Files.

To upload a PDF, click the + New button.

1. Click Choose a file to find and select a file, or drag and drop a file into the field.

   

2. You can enter a friendly a file name or keep the default name.

3. Tick the data source/s that you'd like to assign the PDF to.

4. Click Create at the bottom of the drawer.

The PDF will now be available as a content source for the selected data source/s.
