Deskpro Messenger is a widget you can place on your Help Center and/or website which allows Users to Live Chat with Agents, submit Tickets and access your Knowledgebase.
To configure your Messenger head to Channels > Chat > Messenger Setup. If you are still using Legacy Messenger, you can follow this guide to configure your Messenger.
If you're unsure which version of Messenger you're using take a look at the graphic below:
If your Messenger looks like the left-hand side, go to the Set Up Deskpro Messenger Guide. If your Messenger looks like the right-hand side, you are using Legacy Messenger and the instructions in the following pages cover configuring your Messenger.
