Bulk Adding Agents

Within the Admin interface, you are able to create multiple Agents at the same time by going to Agents > Agent Profiles and selecting Bulk Add Agent from the drop down + New button.

You can bulk add Agents to your helpdesk through 2 different methods:

  1. Either by supplying a list of email addresses, which can be copied and pasted, which will send out mass invitations to the Agents listed.

  2. Or by uploading a CSV spreadsheet of your Agents' data, you can provide this yourself or download our CSV template to fill in and then drag and drop the spreadsheet into Deskpro.

Adding Agents into your helpdesk via CSV import allows you to specify the following information for each of the Agent accounts you create:

  • Email (Required)

  • Name (Required)

  • Permission Groups (Required, specify by ID number, where 1 means 'All Permissions' and 2 means 'All Non Destructive Permissions')

  • Teams (Specify by ID number)

  • Admin Access (Yes or No)

  • Reports Access (Yes or No)

  • Notifications (Yes to enable default notifications, No to enable none)

  • Signature (HTML format)
