If you use Office365 as your email provider, Microsoft has deprecated Basic Authentication, so you may need to configure an OAuth2 application within Azure AD in order to login.

Instructions on how to create the OAuth application are available here.

Once you have your OAuth application created, you can follow the guides below to configure your accounts in Deskpro.
