In Channels > SMS > Logs you can see the log of all messages sent to and from your helpdesk.
- Date
The date and time a message was sent or received
- Message ID
The messages unique ID
- User
Deskpro ID of the user who sent the SMS
- Agents
Deskpro ID of the agent who sent the SMS
- Status
Status of SMS whether it was successfully sent
- Direction
If SMS was inbound (sent by user) or outbound (sent by agent)
- From Number
The number used to send the SMS
- To Number
The number of the recipient
- Ticket
ID of ticket the SMS was routed to
