in Content Publish Options

You can access the Guides settings in Help Center > Guides > Settings.

Here you can enable and disable the Guides for each of your Help Centers.

The following options are also available:

Homepage Short Cut Bar - You can select whether to show Guides as a big button option on your homepage.
Guides Homepage - You can enable the guides homepage. This is a dedicated landing page for your guides.

You can also define which Usergroups have access to your Guides.
