Deskpro allows you to control additional Data settings to ensure your helpdesk is secure, you can apply these settings from Data > Security.
File Uploads
You can control what file uploads are permitted for your Users and Agents, including the size of file for each group and which types of files they are allowed to upload.

CAPTCHA Settings
From here you can also define your CAPTCHA settings for each different action on your helpdesk, whether they are automatically set or based on rate limiting.

You can choose between Deskpro's built-in CAPTCHA settings, which is an image based CAPTCHA suitable for use on most helpdesks.

Or Google's re-CAPTCHA, a more advanced CAPTCHA system that has more complex techniques to detect spam or abusive Users, if you want to use re-CAPTCHA you will need to register for a Free API Key.
You can select which actions you want to always display a CAPTCHA, where the default is based on rate limiting.
You can choose to always display a CAPTCHA for:
New Ticket
New Comments
New Community Topics
Registration
Sharing Content
As well as which Users they apply to; Guest Users or Everyone.
