Searches are an option in Deskpro you can use to group together similar objects into a single list.

They can be used in the Ticket, Publish and CRM apps.
Searches can be created by an Admin in the admin interface or agents can create their own.
For Ticketing they work in a similar way to queues, but the use case is slightly different as you can be incredibly specific in the Tickets the search returns using FQL.
