To make use of our Facebook Messenger Channel you will need to connect your Facebook App to Deskpro.
If you have a Cloud account, you will need to follow the instructions for setting up Facebook Messenger - Deskpro Managed, as this is the version that we will manage on your behalf.
If you have an On-Premise account, you will need to follow the instructions for setting up Facebook Messenger - Self-Managed for your helpdesk.
