Creating New Email Templates

To create a new Template you need to navigate to the Template editor in Channels > Email > Templates and click the + Add Template button in the top right hand corner.

When creating a new Email Template, you will be required to provide a Template name, which will be used when Agents are selecting the Template.

When creating the content, you can either create the Template from scratch by choosing the None option or select an existing Template and updating it accordingly.
