Once you've set up an AI connection, you can create your first AI data source.
Data sources allow you to configure the content you want AI to use, this ensures that AI-generated responses are always relevant and specific to your organization or department.
A data source is necessary for using features like Draft a Reply, plus your AI Chatbot and Search in Messenger.
In the Admin interface, go to AI > AI Setup & Logs > AI Data Sources.
To create an AI data source, click the + New button to open the 'Add Data Source' panel.
Enter a title for the data source and select an AI connection to be used.
Click the 'Content Sources' tab. Choose the Brand whose Help Center content you want to use.
Toggle on the Help Center content you want the data source to use.
Click 'Create' at the bottom of the panel.
You can now select that data source when configuring your AI features.
