If you want to encourage your customers to search for Help Center content before they reach out to agents via Messenger then you can, with the Help Center Card.

You have 2 methods to implement Help Center content in your widget, either through a Help Center Card on the Home Tab, or through a Help Center Tab that you can add to your Messenger for a more focused experience.

To get started with either option, you need to configure the Help Center Card.

Toggling the Show search bar ON will add a search bar that your users can use to type in queries. The relevant results will then appear that a user can then select and read from within the widget.

💡 Only published articles that user’s have permission to view will be returned

You can also choose to highlight key Help Center content by pinning it to the Card’s interface. You can either select specific articles to pin, or choose entire Knoweldgebase categories, that a user can then browse.

Lastly, select the usergroup permissions. This allows you to choose who can and cannot see the Help Content Card. If you do not add any, then the Help Content Card will default to show for all guests, however, they will only be able to search and view articles they have permission to see. If you wish to exclude certain permission groups from viewing this card, you can add them to the Exclude list.
