To edit your Outbound Email settings go to Channel > Email > Settings.
Here you can select the default Email account that will send out any non-Ticket related information (e.g. password reset links, welcome emails, login alerts).
You can create separate default Email accounts for each of your brands and control the maximum Email size that can be sent to Users by Deskpro, as well as the maximum collective file size that can be sent out from these accounts.
Note
If you are a cloud customer using the Send mail through Deskpro option, the maximum email size supported is 30MB.

You can also enable preview text to appear so that the Emails sent to Users from the default account will display a preview of the message in their inbox.
