The Deskpro Slack app provides a way for your agents to easily create and add notes to Deskpro tickets from Slack messages.
Installing the Deskpro Slack App
To connect your Slack workspace to your Deskpro help desk, first install the Deskpro Slack App.
Navigate to Admin > Apps & Integrations > Slack & Teams
Click install button within the install Slack integration section.
A new tab will open that will prompt you to connect your workspace with the Deskpro Slack App. Press the Allow button
