Messenger Search Settings

If you have the Knowledgebase enabled on your helpdesk you have the option to give Users the ability to search your Knowledgebase from the Messenger widget.

Go to Channels > Chat > Messenger Setup and toggle Knowledgebase Search on.

You can also choose the phrase you want to appear on the widget.
