Setting Featured Articles

You can set Knowledgebase articles to be featured on the homepage of your Help Center. This helps to highlight your most relevant articles to Users and ensure that this content is easily visible.

To define the articles you wish to feature, enter the ID numbers of the articles, separated by a comma.

The ID number of an article can be found in the top right-hand corner when viewing the article in the Agent interface.

Click Save to push the previewed changes to your live Help Center.
