Deskpro's Instagram integration allows you to connect your Instagram account to your helpdesk and converts Instagram DMs and post comments into tickets for your Agents to manage.
You must have a Professional Instagram account to use the integration. You can convert your account within the Instagram app or during the Deskpro signup process.
To connect your Instagram account, open the Admin Interface and click Channels > Instagram > Accounts.
Click the two toggle buttons then click Connect to Instagram.
Tick the features you'd like to enable and click Next. You can always enable and disable features later.
You will be redirected to Instagram. Enter your account username and password.
Click Allow when prompted to give Deskpro permission to access your account.
You will be redirected back to Deskpro and should be able to see your connected Instagram account.
