Editing Agent Profiles

In Agent Profile Preferences, on the top right corner of the screen, Agents can access their own preferences where they wil be able to set a picture, to represent them in the Agent interface, timezone and an HTML Signature for Ticket messages.

As an Admin, you can edit an Agent’s profile from the Admin interface by acessing the Agent's profile on Agents > Agent Profiles > Information.

Note


You can disable the ability for an Agent to set their own picture and/or signature in  Agents > Agent Profiles > Permission > Others > Profile Permissions and clicking on the Agent name or the pen icon.
