Set up Deskpro Messenger

Deskpro's Messenger is a messaging tool that can be integrated into a website, app, or product to facilitate real-time communication between customers and businesses.

On your Help Center, website, or in your product, users can live chat with agents, submit tickets, access the knowledge base, or other resources you provide. To enable Messenger, go to Channels > Chat > Messenger Setup.
