Recurring Tickets is a feature that lets you create tickets on a regular schedule (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) for repeated processes, such as running a backup, checking fire alarms, updating sales records, or customer invoicing.

Note


The Recurring Tickets feature is only available on Deskpro Team, Professional, and Enterprise. If you are on Deskpro Legacy, you will not be able to create Recurring Tickets.

If your organization has a number of repeated processes, recurring tickets will create the tickets for your team at regular intervals to reduce the need to manually create tickets that are needed on a specific schedule, and help reduce agent error and forgetfulness.

Benefits are that the ticket will be created with the relevant fields for an agent to complete once its created.
