You can access the Files settings in Help Center > Files > Settings.
Here you can enable and disable the files for each of your brands.
The following options are also available:
Homepage Short Cut Bar - You can select whether to show Files as a big button option on your homepage.

Subscriptions - Allow Users to subscribe to files and categories so they're notified of any updates.
Permissions - If enabled file attachments will only be visible and accessible to Users who belong to Usergroups entitled to download them. Even if the User has the full coded URL to a file they will still only be able to access it if they have the correct permissions.
User Access - Define which Usergroups have access to your files.
Labels
Labels can be used to group files. Users will be able to click on file labels to automatically search all files tagged with that label.

You can create and manage labels in Help Center > Files > Labels.
