Ticket Templates allow you to create pre-defined templates that your agents can use to create tickets. Utilizing Ticket Templates helps teams by reducing human error and making it quicker for agents to create tickets.
Once created, they can be accessed easily by clicking the + New button in the header bar and then hovering over Create Ticket .
Admins can create a new Template from this menu by clicking + Create New Template. This will redirect you to the Ticket Template menu in the Admin interface to configure new templates for use.

Creating Ticket Templates will let you define specific properties to standardize ticket creation and boost agent efficiency.
Ticket Templates are only available on Deskpro Team, Professional, and Enterprise. If you are on Deskpro Legacy, you will need to upgrade to use Ticket Templates.
