You can customize the look of your Help Center in Help Center> Help Center Design.

Here you can easily edit the colors, fonts, welcome text and more.

Changes made are previewed in the right hand pane. If you'd like to publish any previewed changes to your live Help Center you can select Save in the bottom left (or alternatively you can discard your changes with the neighboring Discard Changes button):

Warning

Changes will appear on your live site Help Center as soon as you hit save so be sure the preview is as required.
