With the Language Tools you are able to do mass action changes regarding the language of your Tickets and User choices, as well as download and reset your language packages and phrases.

This is helpful when dealing with international clients and when there are many Tickets that need to have their language changed.

Mass Update Tickets Language

1. Select the language of the Ticket you'd like to change and the language that you want to change these to.

2. Click on Mass Update Tickets when ready for this to be applied.

Mass Update User Language Choice

1. Select the language of the Users you'd like to change and the language that you want to change these to.

2. Click on Mass Update Users when ready for this to be applied.

Download Latest Language

Select the latest language pack for the language you'd like and press on Download Latest Language. This will download the package.

Reset Language Phrases

To reset all the language phrases, simply click on Reset Phrases.
