Once your help desk is created, you can log in to Admin to manage and configure your Deskpro account.
Admin Dashboard
The Admin Dashboard provides an overview of your accounts status including ticket stats, active agents, and your billing status.
Deskpro Workspace
You can move switch between different areas of your help desk using the Navigation:
Agent: This is where agents handle tickets, chat with users, and create help center content. For more information, refer to the Agent Guide.
Reports: Generate detailed tables and graphs to analyze your help desk's performance.
Billing: Manage your Deskpro license and payments here.
The top four icons in the Navigation Bar direct you to different areas within the agent interface: tickets, CRM, Help Center, and Tasks. The graph icon opens the Reports interface, and the dollar sign icon leads to the Billing interface.
