Access Global Search from the top right-hand side of the Agent interface.
The search results will include all helpdesk items segmented into types:
Tickets
Users
Organizations
Articles
News Posts
Files
Community topics
Guide pages
If a search returns items beyond the list presented, just expand the results to view the full list:
Note
While searching, you can also expand the search by entering multiple terms and splitting them with 'OR' and this will allow you two search for more than one phrase at a time.
As well as using the global search, you can construct saved searches to locate different items in the helpdesk, or you can use Ticket Search to locate specific tickets.
