View Panel

The result of your selection in the navigation panel is displayed in the View Panel.

If you click on a Ticket Queue in the navigation panel, you will see a list of Tickets that match the criteria of the filter in the View Panel.

In table view this looks like: image.png

Or in Kanban View, would look like this: image.png

In some Deskpro apps you can change the order of items in the View Panel with the controls at the top of the panel.

In Card View, you can find these controls by clicking the three horizontal dots at the top of the View Panel.

In Table View these controls will be displayed at the top right of the content.

If you have more than 50 items in the View Panel the list will be paginated. Use the arrow controls at the bottom of the panel to move between the pages.

In Kanban, you can scroll down tickets in a column so they won't become paginated.

Multi-Select and Mass Actions

If you need to action multiple Tickets at once, with a limit of 50 Tickets at once, you select them from the View Panel.

You can select all Tickets in the list by clicking the Checkbox at the top left of the View Panel, or at the top of a column for Kanban:

Or you can go down the list and select the necessary Tickets by clicking the individual checkboxes next to the relevant Tickets.

This then enables you to perform a Mass Action; selecting the checkboxes will automatically open the Mass Actions menu in the Application Panel.
