The Deskpro Apps are home to a number of helpdesk features. You can access the built-in Deskpro Apps from the top right corner of the interface.

When you click on an app it will open in a hovered state over the interface, some of the apps, Agent IM, Notifications, and Search, can be locked to the right hand side of the interface as a permanent panel. You do this by clicking the lock icon.

You can also adjust the width of these panels when they're locked onto the side of the interface, and your preferred width will be remembered whenever you lock the app.
