In the Ticket app you can display custom properties on Tickets in the helpdesk.

To do this, when the three horizontal dots menu is open you click on the eye icon which will open a list of ticket properties you can choose to be displayed.

Select the properties that are most relevant to you and they will display alongside the other information on the items in your view panel, to remove a property just select it from the list again.

Or you can click Reset to default to restore the properties settings back their default.

You can have different properties and filtering for each of the different Ticket filters, e.g. you could have 'Agent' as a property on All Tickets but not have this apply to the Mine as they Agent would always be yourself.

Note

These changes are only displayed on your individual Agent interface and won't affect the display for any other Agents.

Opening Items Copy link to Opening Items to clipboard

You can select items from the view panel which opens them in the Content Panel. You can have multiple items open at once, which open as tabs in the Header Bar.

When you select an item the text goes bold and is outlined in navy to highlight that it is open, to close an item you can click it in the view panel again.

When you select an item it will open at the front of your tabs as the Active tab.

This also occurs if you have multiple tabs open and you select an item off the view panel that is not the active tab, it will move to the front of your open tabs.
