Reporting
Deskpro's Reports Dashboard and Builder lets you view and export data on Brand and Agent related queries to determine trends for all your helpdesk auditing needs. Deskpro offers over 50 built-in Reports that you can customize to display relevant data in just about any combination that you would like. If you need more precise Reporting, you could use Deskpro's simple DPQL query language to generate any Report.
How to view your existing Reports:
- Log in to your Admin profile
- Click the Reports tab on the App bar
- A new bar next to the Apps bar opens - with the options for viewing the various options regarding reporting
The Content Pane lets you see the status of your current Reports
How to setup new Reports:
- Log in to your Admin profile
- Click the Reports tab on the App bar
- Select the "Report Builder" button and chose from one of over 50 of the most common reports
OR
How to Create Custom Reports:
- Log in to your Admin profile
- Click the Reports tab on the App bar
- Select the "Create Custom Report" button at the top of the pane
- The Content Pane opens and displays the various parameters that will be used to build your Custom Report
- Once you have set the parameters for your new report
- Click on the Save and Run button at the bottom of that Pane
