Decisions Copy link to Decisions to clipboard

Deskpro has a panel with a number of decisions that need to be made for a number of reasons. These can include security features or ways to further optimize your Deskpro installation.

Decisions can be viewed either on the command line or in the OPC Web GUI

You can view the decisions by selecting the Decisions option in the left side menu.

If there are decisions that need to be actioned a problem will be raised advising how many active decisions are currently open.

The decisions page is divided into two sections, active and previous decisions as well as having a button to manually run a decisions check

Click this to run a manual scan for decisions. The scan is automatically ran on a schedule, this button gives you an option to run it manually.

You have one card open for each decision that has been raised, along with either a recommendation on how to make a choice or link to another part of the OPC that will let you action the decision you want.

Here are a number of examples of active decisions:

Once a decision has been actioned and the card has been updated it will move to the previous decisions section on the page.

Here all previous decisions that have been acknowledged are listed along with the date and the id of the user who acknowledged the card. If you want to re-raise a card as an active decision you can do this by clicking the arrow to the right of the cards name.

To list all open and Acknowledged decisions you need to run
