Cron is paused

Instance.status.cron indicates that the cron service has been paused.

Please run a cron debug (guide here) this will give you more details on what caused the issue.

If you have paused the service manually please restart it so that Deskpro can run without any issues. Pausing the cron service can cause issues with email processing.
