Signing up for a Cloud helpdesk is easy:

Go to https://www.deskpro.com/start, enter your name, work email and a name for your helpdesk, accept T&Cs, then click Get Deskpro
The Sign up for Deskpro Cloud screen opens. Choose the details for your Admin account.
You can now log in with the email address and password you provided.

Using your new Cloud helpdesk is free for 14 days.
