Make sure your Agents know that they are going to be helping Users through Deskpro and that they are happy with the Agent interface. Publicize your new helpdesk to Users:
- Make sure that your website/intranet publicizes the email accounts that you’ve set up to work with Deskpro
- Link to the Portal from your existing website
- Announce the new system in your official newsletter/blog, and on social media etc
- Make sure any that embeds are live on your site and that Users can find them
