The Community app can be used to allow your End-Users to share ideas or submit questions/suggestions which are visible to other users. This enables you to gather ideas directly from your Users to help improve your products or services, or it can be used to enable Users to collaborate, discuss and help each other.

As well as submitting new Community Topics, Users can vote and comment on them (depending on their Usergroup permissions). This allows ‘crowd-sourcing’; Users can identify the most popular ideas and discuss their pros and cons.

The Community app in the Agent Interface allows you to view and manage any Community Topics submitted by Users.

Agents can also vote and comment on individual Community Topics.
