You can search the CRM records using the helpdesk's Global Search function.

You can search for Users and Organizations from the search icon. When you begin typing a term, any matching Users or Organizations in the CRM will display in the search results field under the CRM Group.

The number of search results that match the CRM will be displayed as a number next to the group.
