You can generate an OPC diagnostic report in two ways, either on the command line or through the OPC.
CLI
You can generate the report on the command line if you are having issues accessing the OPC with the following command:
opc generate-diagnostic-report copy
This will show you the output of where the file is located:
Initializing report archive directory
✅ Created report archive
└ Archive: /opt/deskpro/data/opc/reports/opc-diagnostic-report.2023-02-24_16-00-33.zip copy
You can then download the file using a FTP tool such as Filezilla or WinSCP.
Once the report has been generated you can download or remove it using the OPC support page if needed.
GUI
In the OPC admin panel navigate to the support option in the left menu bar.

In the support menu you have the option to generate a new diagnostic report.

There is a tick box to include rotated logs, this is not normally required unless specifically asked for by Deskpro support. Ticking this option will increase the report file size substantially.
Once the report has been created you can download it to your local device by clicking 'Download report'

Clicking ‘continue’ at the bottom of the page will take you back to the support page where you can download the report as a .zip file that can be attached to an email.
