Via the CLI
Error logs within the On Premise Controller are separated per instance and per service.
You can find the error logs within your server at the following path:
/opt/deskpro/data/instances/{instance_id}/logs/{service} copy
The {instance_id}
is the Instance ID of your helpdesk and the {service}
is the service you would like to check the logs for, such as deskpro
, nginx
etc.
