While Deskpro can run in a fully airgapped environment, certain features will not work correctly without access to external services.

Deskpro Required URLs

The following URLs are required for your Deskpro instance to work at full functionality.

App Required URLs

Apps which extend Deskpro's functionality may also need to be whitelisted in order to work.

You should only need to whitelist URLs specific to the applications you have installed, and these URLs are available within the App's documentation.

Ubuntu Required URLs (OVA)

If you are using the Deskpro OVA, he following URLs are also required to ensure the host operating system (Ubuntu) can be updated safely:

If you are using a non-OVA installation, you will need to refer to your operating system's package manager for its repository URLs.
