To manually delete knowledgebase articles. Go to Publish.

Use the filter and list panes to find the articles you want to delete.

Click on the name of the article.

You will see the article details displayed in the content pane.

Click on the PROPERTIES tab.

Now click the Delete button.

This will delete the knowledgebase article.
