Show the ticket reference on the ticket alongside the ticket ID Collecting Feedback

At the moment it isn't possible to show both the ticket ID and ticket reference on the ticket without using a custom field.

It would be good if you could show both (there's a lot of empty space to the right of the ticket header so this area would be ideal).
