Assign Tasks to Agents and set due dates and reminders to increase productivity and ensure customer satisfaction, to create Tasks in your helpdesk go to Features > Tasks.

Use the Tasks Permissions to set which Permission groups and Agents will have access to Tasks.

  • Click on Add Group to allow permission to certain groups.

  • Select the Permision Groups.

  • Click on Save to save your preferences.

Under Agents you will be able to add which Agents will be able to use the Tasks.

  • Click on Edit.

  • Tick the box next to the Agents, or click on Select All to select all Agents at once.

  • Click on Save to save your preferences.

RemindersCopy link to Reminders to clipboard

Set the time when the reminders will be sent out for your Agents. The date will be set when adding the Task on your Ticket.
