Here you can manage your SMS numbers and purchase new ones.
Purchasing a Number
Before trying to buy a number, ensure you have enough service credit. To purchase a number follow these steps:
Go to Admin > Channels > SMS > Numbers and click Add Number.
Select the country and number type you want to buy.
Select a number from the results and click Purchase.

In the results table you will see information about the numbers:
Cost - The monthly rental cost of the number
Phone Icon - A tick in this column means number is Voice capable
Message Icon - A tick in this column means number is SMS capable
Configuring Number
After you have purchased a number you will need to configure it. This is simple to do, click on the number in the list and enable it for SMS.

Once enabled, any time a user messages your helpdesk a ticket will be created or a message will be routed to an existing ticket.
