To use the WhatsApp Business platform, Meta requires that users verify their business. The verification process ensures that your business is a legal entity and that you’re an authorized representative of the business.
To verify your business, please go to the Security Center in your Meta Business Suite, and select “Start verification.”
Note
You will be prompted to provide details such as the legal business name, website, address and phone number.
You may also be required to provide supporting documents, such as a business registration or license document.
You must be able to return a verification code sent via either email, phone, text, WhatsApp or domain.
