Column Resizing (Agent) Collecting Feedback
I would request that we have the ability to either set the size or dynamically resize the columns in the tickets view. The Agent Column is always too small and makes it hard to find assigned tickets without using filters. I would like to see more of the Agent names in the default list view. Example attached.
