Add Dates In Search Dialog Collecting Feedback
Would be useful to add in the search dialog the date the ticket was created, sometimes we search in an organization or in a user for a previous ticket for a particular date if that user or org. Or user Has a lot tickets it takes a lot time to find the ticket I'm looking for, also if it can be added the feature to see what's in the ticket when you point with the mouse over the ticket (same as desk pro has in the ticketing interface).
